Our Holiday Flat in Brochterbeck: Garden, Balcony & Panoramic Views

2025-09-17

Welcome to our holiday flat

We're so glad you're here! Our holiday flat in Brochterbeck sits quietly on a gentle hillside at the edge of the Teutoburg Forest, in the beautiful Tecklenburger Land. Across roughly 120 m² on two floors, we've renovated everything with care so you feel at home from the very first moment.

The highlight: the balcony and loggia and the garden with its flower lawn. From upstairs the view sweeps far across the Münsterland – perfect for your first coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at sunset. Downstairs, the terrace opens straight into the garden, which is yours to enjoy.

Plenty of space and everything for a relaxed stay

The flat is cleverly arranged over two levels. Upstairs you'll find the bright, open-plan living area and a fully equipped kitchen with access to the balcony. One floor down, at garden level, three double bedrooms stay quiet and pleasantly cool – room for up to six guests – along with a bathroom (bath and shower), a separate WC and a private utility room.

Everything is here for a comfortable stay: free Wi-Fi, a TV, a desk for working amid the greenery, a washing machine and tumble dryer, bed linen and towels, heating, and an electronic keypad lock for easy self check-in. Free parking is available right on the street.

Your base in the Teutoburg Forest

Brochterbeck is the ideal starting point for exploring the region. The trails of the Teutoburg Forest begin right on the doorstep – among them the certified Teutoschleifen premium routes and the Dast viewpoint. Popular day trips such as the Dörenther Klippen cliffs with the Hockendes Weib, the Tecklenburg open-air stage, the moated Surenburg castle in Riesenbeck and the town of Ibbenbüren are all close by.

We prefer to rent our flat directly – no middlemen, personal contact and fair prices. You'll find all the details, photos and available dates at brochterbeck.com. We look forward to welcoming you!
